OfferLift: Smart Upsell Offers is a Shopify app that helps merchants create upsell, cross-sell, product recommendation, and countdown timer widgets. This policy explains what data the app processes, why it is used, and how merchants can contact us about privacy requests.

Information We Process

• Shop information, including the myshopify.com domain and store details needed to install and operate the app.
• Product, variant, collection, theme, and widget settings selected by the merchant.
• Storefront widget performance data, such as views, clicks, add-to-cart actions, buy-now actions, product or variant IDs, and cart references when available.
• Limited order information used to report widget performance, such as order ID, line item product and variant IDs, quantity, and revenue connected to widget interactions.
• Support information that a merchant provides when contacting us.

How We Use Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve app features.
• To render and manage storefront widgets selected by the merchant.
• To keep published widgets available in the merchant's Shopify theme.
• To measure widget performance, engagement, and revenue.
• To provide support, troubleshoot issues, and respond to privacy or compliance requests.

Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We process information through Shopify and service providers used to host, maintain, and operate the app. Information may also be disclosed if required to comply with applicable law, enforce our rights, or protect the security of the app and merchants who use it.

Retention and Deletion

We retain app data for as long as needed to provide the app, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. When Shopify sends privacy or deletion requests, the app is designed to remove stored shop data connected to that request.

Merchant and Customer Requests

Merchants and customers can request access, correction, or deletion of applicable information by contacting us. Some requests may also be handled through Shopify privacy tools.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect app data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
