Setup guidePublish your first widget
Create a widget, place the app block in your Shopify theme, then confirm storefront events are tracking.
- Create a widget from Overview, Widgets, or the Templates page.
- Choose the right campaign type for the target storefront surface.
- Product Upsell starts with Products selected by default so you can choose exact offer items first.
- Save as draft while preparing a campaign; publish when it is ready for shoppers.
- Add the theme block and select the published widget.
- Visit the storefront page once to confirm the widget renders.
Widgets helpManage storefront campaigns
Widgets are the campaigns shoppers see in your storefront, including upsells, cross-sells, recommendations, and timers.
- Use Product Upsell on product pages for upgrade or add-on offers.
- Use Cart Cross Sell in cart experiences for complementary items.
- Use Product Recommendations for discovery and merchandising blocks.
- Use Countdown Timer for urgency-driven promotions.
- Draft widgets do not expose shortcode copy or theme editor placement actions until published.
- Open Widget details to preview the campaign, copy the shortcode, view analytics, activate or deactivate, and manage deletion from the danger zone.
TemplatesChoose a campaign type
Templates are a focused picker for starting the guided builder with the correct widget defaults.
- The Templates page intentionally shows only campaign cards, so merchants can choose quickly.
- Each card explains the campaign goal, best-fit use case, storefront placement, and setup time.
- Product Upsell is recommended for upgrade and add-on offers on product pages.
- The Product Upsell builder opens with Products selected by default instead of Automatic.
- Countdown Timer is marked new while the timer experience continues to be refined.

- Use widget and time filters to compare campaign performance.
- If analytics are empty, verify the widget is published and placed in the live theme.

Plans and Support are separate pages so billing actions and help resources stay focused.
- Use Plans to compare subscriptions, start billing, manage active plans, or cancel through Shopify billing.
- Use Support for setup help, troubleshooting, docs links, and contact actions.
- Support actions help you contact support with the right store and issue details.
- Use the Overview setup progress to catch missing setup steps before opening support.
Public pagesKeep public pages submission-ready
Public pages support installation, merchant help, and Shopify App Store review requirements.
- Use `/` as the polished OfferLift landing and install entry point.
- Use `/docs` for setup, templates, analytics, and planned-widget guidance.
- Use `/support` for public troubleshooting and contact guidance.
- Use `/privacy-policy` for the public privacy policy required during Shopify submission.
- Public pages use the shared dark footer and should not expose raw support email addresses.
